I saw the availability on the site but I do not have a credit card. Can I book without?
Of course, you may send us an e-mail with your request or contact us by phone. If for the requested period a deposit would be required we will send you all the information to send it by bank transfer.

I gave the data of the credit card upon reservation. We have already paid?
No, the credit card is only required as a guarantee. Only in case of No-Show (no show) or cancellation after the deadline you will be charged the penalty specified by the terms. The payment may be carried directly to the hotel upon departure, also in cash. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize validity of the card through to arrival, especially in the case of prepaid cards.

What is the difference between Standard Double, Classic and Comfort?
The difference lies mainly in the size and position, and then view the room. The Standard Double is our slightly smaller rooms. In the site you will find a detailed description of each room. In the reservation system, you can see all the information about the room by clicking on the picture of preview or the room description.

The rates on the website are per room or per person?
All rates are “per room”. Breakfast is always included in the price. The booking system also provides already the total amount.

I booked, but I have not received a confirmation email. The reservation is successful?
If the reservation is correctly completed you will receive our confirmation via e-mail as soon as possible. We will ask you some information regarding the chosen payment tipology and about the deposit, where you will specify if you wish to send it via credit card or by bank transfer.

There are rooms with lake views?
Yes, some rooms Comfort have windows overlooking the lake. The hotel is located by the lake and just minutes from the beaches, has a solarium on the top floor with a breathtaking view of the entire Monte Isola and the beaches below the hotel. Also a first floor terrace will allow you to relax in peace. A flower garden on the ground floor adjacent to the Bar will entertain you for a drink. The Hotel is in the center? How far from the lake?
The hotel is at the beginning of the village of Monte Isola capital, Siviano, is 50 meters from Town Hall Square and the Tower Oldofredi Martinengo, is located near a supermarket, the Banca Popolare di Sondrio with ATM, dell ‘ Post office and a short walk from an excellent pizzeria-trattoria “La Torre”. Siviano is 150 meters from the lake and the picturesque Port of Siviano, famous for its flowery houses overlooking the lake and the beautiful “Villa Ferrada Loneliness”. The hotel is located on the main road, it is accessible by bus, whose stop is the last stop in Piazza Municipale, or with a free taxi service reserved for our guests, reservations required to avoid possible delays. The beaches of the lake are located below the hotel is 5 minutes away on foot.

Where can I find a car park?
The hotel has has a private parking kept under watch on land in Sulzano; it is 500 meters far from the embarkation point to Monte Isola. Places are limited and the reservation is recommended. The Bellavista Meublè Hotel also works with the following car parks:

You may also park the car in Sale Marasino in the communal spaces located around the village and buy a ticket either in bars or in the shops or at the dedicated distributor located outside the tobacco shop.

A continuous service with comfortable boats and ferries connects SULZANO to PESCHIERA MARAGLIO and SALE MARASINO to CARZANO: the sailing time is 5 minutes only. In Peschiera Maraglio, in front of the ferry boat, you find find the bus stop. Approaching instead to Carzano, the  bus stop of the municipal line is in the square opposite to the Church. A constant service connects Peschiera Maraglio and Carzano with the other island small villages and Siviano, the capital village of Monte Isola and headquarter of the Hotel-Meublé “Bellavista”.

Is the bell tower’s clock sounding at night?
In the village of Siviano lays the beautiful church of Saints Faustino and Jovita, with a large plaza in front of the entrance overlooking the lake. Inside you will find some  paintings of Tintoretto and Romanino. The Tower Clock bell chimes until 09.00 p.m. only.

Are there any restaurants nearby?
After a few meters from the hotel there are several bars, a pizzeria and some typical restaurants for any taste. At a short distance you may find renowned restaurants accessible on foot or by shuttle with the Municipal Bus Service. We will be glad to suggest you a good restaurant, the Bellavista Hotel has a very good relationship with the best restaurants in Monte Isola.

Is there is closing hour for the return to the hotel?
None. At your arrival you will receive a key or an access code to enter in the hotel according to your needs.

Until what time can we do the check in?
The check-in may be effectuated within 14:00 p. m., while the check-out has to be done within 10:30 a.m. except in case of different agreements with the hotel management.

You may lay your luggage at the reception and pick them up at your departure. For any further information you may contact the Bellavista Hotel management.

Are the rooms facing the street noisy?
In Monte Isola cars have been abolished, the only authorized ones are those used for some important services (ambulance, doctor, priest, police, taxi) and some small transport vehicles necessary for commercial activities during the day for goods supply. The motorcycles’ and scooters’ use are for residents only and tourists may use the public transports and bicycles only. Surely, during summer, when the windows are often open, the rooms facing the lake might be more silent.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately pets are normally not allowed. In particular conditions we can make an exception for small pets. We kindly inform you that a small supplement charge might be required. For further information please contact us.

Is the hotel suitably equipped  for people with disabilities?
The hotel hosted in the last years and still hosts guests with mild disabilities that do not limit the movements and make people self-sufficient. At the moment we are not suitably equipped with an elevator and bathrooms for disabled.
